Bangladesh Meteorological Department has said, temperatures may drop from tomorrow night. However, a three-day heat alert has been issued in Rajshahi, Rangpur & Chuadanga from May 1.
Met Office forecasted rainfall in Sylhet and Chattogram in the eastern part of the country from Thursday, which may have put some impact in Dhaka and Barisal.
Temperatures may start dropping due to rain in this region. The rainfall may increase in May 3rd and 4th in these region, which will continue till 10th May.
However, even though the rains have started in different parts of the country since two dates, it will take more time for the intense heat wave to subside in Rajshahi, Chuadanga, Rangpur.
