A total of 60 districts are facing the dengue outbreak across the country. Gopalganj, Chuadanga, Sunamganj and Habiganj are still free from dengue.
Meanwhile, in Chattogram, the number of dengue patients has been increased almost to 4 times in one day.
A total of 111 people have been diagnosed with dengue in last 24 hours in Chattogram. According to the Civil Surgeon's office, out of 111 infected patients, 45 patients are admitted in government hospitals and 65 patients are admitted in private hospitals.
A total of 859 people have been diagnosed with dengue in Chattogram so far, where 295 dengue patients were diagnosed in July.
Meanwhile, seven new dengue patients have received treatment at Mymensingh Medical College Hospital in the last 24 hours. At least 25 patients have been admitted to hospital.
A total of 148 dengue patients have taken medical treatment in the district since January.
