At least 11 Palestinians, including a child, have been killed in a series of Israeli strikes across the Gaza Strip. The latest attacks on Tuesday highlight the continuing violence despite earlier ceasefire efforts.
According to Gaza’s Civil Defense, multiple strikes took place across northern areas of the Gaza Strip. In Gaza City, at least four people were killed when an Israeli strike targeted a police vehicle.
The attack also left at least nine others injured, several in critical condition.
Earlier in the day, one person was reported killed in Beit Lahia. Later in the evening, a drone strike hit the Al-Shati Refugee Camp, killing at least five more people.
Despite a ceasefire that took effect in October last year, Israeli strikes in Gaza have not completely stopped.
