A Pentagon review says US military strikes targeting the Houthis in Yemen killed at least 153 civilians and injured 243 others in 2025, according to a Pentagon review.
All recorded civilian casualties were linked to three strikes carried out in April.
The attacks targeted Houthi-controlled areas in and around the capital Sanaa, as well as the Ras Isa fuel port.
The deadliest strike hit Ras Isa port, killing 80 people and injuring 171 others.
The attack triggered major fires and set tanker trucks ablaze.
US Central Command said the operation aimed to destroy Houthi fuel and revenue sources, but the Pentagon review found a high risk of civilian harm.
