According to police, the incident occurred around 8:30 AM when three individuals were heading to their workplace, Qiam Metal Industries, on a motorcycle. 

As they reached the Bottail Four Mile area in the Sadar upazila, their motorcycle collided head-on with a Garai Paribahan bus traveling from Kushtia to Khulna. 

Nayon and Rony died on the spot. The third rider, Mizanur, is currently receiving treatment at a hospital.
