Police believe the deadly incident may have stemmed from a family dispute.

A local ice hockey rink, the Denis M. Lynch Arena, turned into a scene of chaos on Monday when gunfire suddenly broke out. 

Emergency services and police rushed to the scene after receiving reports of the incident.

Tina Gon-calves confirmed that three people, including the shooter, were killed on site, while three others were injured and taken to a nearby hospital. 

Authorities believe the deadly confrontation stemmed from a family dispute.

The rink has been closed, and additional police have been deployed to secure the area and ensure public safety.
