Three more children have died in the past 24 hours due to measles and related symptoms in the country. Since March 15, the death toll has reached 38 from measles and 195 from symptoms.
Health authorities also report 188 new infections and over 11 Hundred suspected cases in the same period.
Health concerns are growing as measles-related deaths and infections continue to rise across the country.
According to the Directorate General of Health Services, three children died in the last 24 hours due to measles and associated symptoms.
One of the deaths was reported from the Dhaka division, while the others occurred in Barishal and Sylhet divisions.
