In Sylhet, three more children have died, bringing the total deaths in the division to 72, according to the Divisional Health Directorate.

Authorities say 284 patients with measles symptoms are currently receiving treatment in different hospitals across the region. 

Among them, 94 patients are admitted to Sylhet Shahid Shamsuddin Ahmad Hospital, and 91 are at Osmani Medical College Hospital. 

Officials also confirmed that ICU beds have been increased to manage the growing number of patients.
