A tragic three-way vehicle collision in Natore’s Lalpur upazila has left one agricultural worker dead and two others critically injured.
The crash occurred early in the morning along the Ishwardi-Baneswar highway when a speeding ambulance rear-ended a battery-powered rickshaw van carrying workers to a planting job.
The van was subsequently struck by an oncoming motorized local vehicle, resulting in the immediate death of worker Iyarul and the emergency hospitalization of two others.
