The hearing is being conducted at International Crimes Tribunal-2, led by Justice Nazrul Islam Chowdhury and two other judges. 

Of the 30 accused in this case, 6 who are in custody were presented before the tribunal this morning.

For the 24 fugitives, the tribunal appointed four state defense lawyers on July 22. 

On June 30, the prosecution officially submitted charges to Tribunal-2. 

Considering the charges, the tribunal issued arrest warrants that same day for the fugitives, including former Vice-Chancellor of Begum Rokeya University, Hasibur Rashid.
