Begum Khaleda Zia has passed away at 6:00 a.m. on Tuesday in capital's Evercare Hospital. She was 80.
Her funeral prayer (janaza) will be held Wednesday after Zuhr at Manik Mia Avenue, after which she will be laid to rest beside her husband, Ziaur Rahman.
The funeral prayer of BNP Chairperson Begum Khaleda Zia will be held on Wednesday at 2:00 pm at South Plaza of National Parliament, Jatya Sangsad.
She will then be laid to rest with state honors beside the grave of her husband, martyred President Ziaur Rahman, in Sher-e-Bangla Nagar.
