The Ministry of Public Administration issued a notification regarding the appointments on Wednesday. 

Abu Abdullah M Saleh previously served as press secretary to Tarique Rahman when he was Acting Chairman of BNP. He also served as First Secretary at Deputy High Commission in Kolkata during the four-party alliance government. 

Additionally, he worked with news agency UNB, daily Manab Zamin, Banglabazar, Channel I.  He also served as General Secretary of Dhaka Reporters Unity. 

On the other hand, Atikur Rahman Ruman has been working at the daily newspaper Dinkal.
