ACC Chairman, Abdul Momen has said, previously, PM's Office would not have worked if money had not been given to it, but that situation has changed after the revolution. Now people don't have to pay money anywhere.
He came up with the statements at ACC public hearing in Lalmonirhat this morning.
He also said that the main reason for corruption is that bureaucrats are friendly to contractors, and political pressure among officials created opportunities for corruption.
He said, If all people are transparent in their work, it will be easy to abandon the negative mentality of the word bureaucrat.
If everyone is awake, the courts will also be aware, there will be no protracted proceedings, added he.
