The 6th day's hearings on appeals seeking restoration of candidacy in parliamentary elections is underway.
On the 5th day of hearings, EC disposed of 100 appeals, approving 73 and rejecting 17.
The remaining 10 appeals kept pending. With this, a total of 276 candidates have so far regained their candidacy.
Hearings on appeals filed by offended candidates, against the cancellation of their nominations for the upcoming Election are being held.
The sixth day of hearings ,began at 10 am on Thursday in conference hall of EC Building.
