The eighth day of appeal hearings to regain candidacy in national polls is underway.
The hearings began seven days ago at EC building, covering a total of 645 appeals.
On Saturday, appeals numbered 511 to 610 are being heard.
Meanwhile, on the seventh day of hearings on Friday, 43 appeals were heard.
Of these, 18 candidates had their candidacy restored, 17 appeals were rejected, and four applications were kept pending.
The process of resolving appeals for candidacy restoration will continue until Sunday.
