Speaking in Uttara after meeting the family of Nusrat Jahan Anika, a student killed in the Milestone aircraft crash, Roy criticized the silence of the authorities.

He questioned why a training aircraft flew over a crowded area and called for an investigation into possible negligence by Milestone College.

Roy also raised concerns about the interim government’s functionality, saying there's uncertainty about whether advisers are properly performing their roles.
