BSF has pushed 21 Rohingya men and women into Bangladesh through the Nakugaon border in Nalitabari in Sherpur District.
According to BGB, around 1:00 am, members of Kilapara BSF camp pushed in the group of 21 people through the border.
Later, a BGB patrol team detained them and temporarily sheltered them at a local government primary school.
Among the group, six individuals are members of the same family.
In 2017, they fled from the Balukhali Rohingya camp in Ukhiya, Cox’s Bazar, and illegally entered Jammu and Kashmir, India.
There, they began working as laborers in hotels and homes. A month ago, Indian police detained them.
