The price of golden chicken has increased by Tk 20 per kg in the capital's kitchen market. And the price of potato has also increased by taka 5 per kg.
Due to reduced demand, the prices of almost all types of vegetables have decreased slightly, but the market for all other daily commodities, including beef, sugar and pulses, is still high.
Broiler chicken is being sold at the price of Tk 200/210 per kg in the Azampur kitchen market of Uttara.
The sellers said, broiler being sold at the rate of last week but the price of golden chicken has increased.
Price of farm chicken eggs is 130/135 taka per dozen. Beef and cow meat are being sold in the market at higher prices than before.
