Many houses in the capital's Khilgaon area are out of gas supply for four days. Even after complaining to Titas Gas office, there is no solution. Various areas in the capital are inundated due to heavy rains since last Friday.
Gas pipelines were damaged as water entered. The supply of gas has been interrupted in different areas including Khilgaon, Basabo, and Mugda since that day.
The residents of the affected areas have complained that when they contacted the gas office, they informed that the repair work was in progress.
However, the actual picture is completely opposite. No gas supply for four days. As a result, many have using clay stoves at home, which as increasing suffering as well. Residents want a quick solution to this problem.
