On Friday night, 38 people were named in the case, including 25 anonymous accused, at Bangra Police Station.

Meanwhile, the accused in the case, Subir Mia and Babur Mia, have been arrested. 

The main accused in the case is the local UP chairman, Shimul Billah. 

His close followers and neighbors are also among the accused. 

The case alleges that Ruby Begum, her son Russell and daughter Jonaki Akhter were beaten to death in a pre-planned attack. 

OC of Bangra Bazar Police Station  confirmed the matter and said that a murder case has been filed against 38 people based on the plaintiff's written complaint after the incident.
