Heavy rain has caused waterlogging in several low-lying areas of Chattogram. Commuters and pedestrians faced severe hardship as rain continued from early morning. The met Office says rain may continue for the next few days.
In Monday morning Chattogram recorded 189 millimeters of rain including 109 millimeters in just three hours.
Roads in Muradpur, Kataltganj, Agrabad and GEC were flooded, disrupting traffic.
Despite a 10 thousand -crore mega project to address waterlogging, residents say they are still seeing a little relief.
