Chief adviser Dr. Muhammad Yunus has expressed deep concern over the current state of global affairs, warning that continuous conflicts involving nations like India, Pakistan, Iran, Israel and the United States are pushing the world backward.

He made these remarks on Friday morning while addressing the opening session of the 15th Social Business Day, organized by the Yunus Centre at Zirabo in Ashulia. Dr. Yunus reflected on the broader failures of global systems and called for a radical shift in how development and progress are perceived.

Speaking about the obstacles he faced in the past, Dr. Yunus said that the previous government had objections to organizing events related to social business.

Despite the challenges, he emphasized the need to challenge the status quo and move ahead with bold dreams.
