The court commented that one freedom fighter complained against another - this matter is very sad. A brave freedom fighter named Alauddin from Manpura area of Bhola complained that  Mosharraf Hossain, Abdul Hannan and 8 others fraudulently obtained freedom fighter certificates. But later told the High Court about withdrawing the complaint, he was forced to withdraw the complaint due to death threats.

Later, the High Court said, the sad thing is - those who were not born during the liberation war, they are screening the freedom fighters. The High Court also commented that it is not right to lie as a freedom fighter.
