A Chattogram court has declared BNP leader Dr Shahadat Hossain as the mayor of Chattogram City Corporation in a case filed by him seeking cancellation of the polls’ results.The court also oredered to publish the gazette regarding this within next 10 days.
The Election Tribunal and the Court of Joint District and Sessions Judge Mohammad Khairul Amin delivered the verdict on Tuesday afternoon.
