Heavy rain and flash flooding have been caused widespread devastation across California in US, leaving at least three people dead and thousands without power.
The extreme weather struck on Wednesday local time, when intense rainfall triggered sudden flash floods in San Bernardino County.
Continuous downpours for several hours flooded roads and neighborhoods in Los Angeles and nearby cities.
Authorities issued flood warnings across Southern California. In the meantime, rising water levels in local rivers submerged roads and vehicles, while landslides were reported in several locations.
Restrictions have been imposed in mountainous areas of San Bernardino County
