Government offices, courts, banks, and financial institutions across the country have reopened today following the extended Eid-ul-Azha holidays. Roads leading to the capital are witnessing a steady flow of people returning to work.
Eid-ul-Adha holiday was scheduled from May 25 to May 31, providing government employees with a seven-days Holiday, due to the inclusion of weekly holidays.
Regular operations have resumed in government, semi-government, autonomous and private offices, as well as banks, insurance companies, financial institutions, and the stock market.
Banking transactions and insurance services are also back to normal, while trading has resumed at both stock exchanges.
