Home Minister came up with the statement while speaking at a briefing in the conference room of the Ministry of Home Affairs at the Secretariat. 

He said, Benazir Ahmed would be brought back through due legal process. 

The minister also stated that law enforcement agencies have been instructed to remain on alert to prevent any attempts to create unrest surrounding Awami League's founding anniversary. 

Responding to a question, he said, crime in Mohammadpur cannot be eradicated overnight, but efforts are underway to curb criminal activities in all areas.
