A man has been arrested after his wife and mother-in-law were stabbed to death by him in Dhaka's Kalabagan area. Police say the attack followed a family feud on Sunday morning.
On Sunday morning, a woman and her mother have been killed in a stabbing attack in Dhaka's Kalabagan area.
Police say the incident happened after an argument between a man and his wife.
Officers say the suspect, identified as Hridoy, allegedly stabbed his wife, Farzana Akter Ratri, during the dispute.
When her mother, Firoza Begum, tried to stop him, she was also attacked.
Ratri died at the scene, while Firoza Begum declared dead after being taken to Dhaka Medical College Hospital.
Police have arrested the suspect.
