At the same time, tickets for the second day of return train journeys have also gone on sale today.For the convenience of passengers, Bangladesh Railway is selling all tickets online.
Ticket sales began at 8 am for seats on all intercity trains in the western region. Advance tickets for intercity trains in the eastern region will go on sale from 2 pm. Besides rail travel, many people are also leaving the capital by road.
However, bus counters in Dhaka have not yet seen a significant rush of passengers.
