Eid ul Fitr is being celebrated today across Saudi Arabia, the Middle East, and several nations worldwide; marking the end of Ramadan.
The joyous occasion marks the conclusion of the Holy month of Ramadan. On Sunday, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Turkey, and Palestine join in the festivities.
Meanwhile, Egypt, Syria, Indonesia, and others will observe Eid on Monday, alongside Pakistan, India, and Australia.
The first day of Eid was confirmed after the Shawwal moon was sighted on Saturday evening, with Saudi authorities declaring Sunday as the official holiday.
In a special message, King Salman bin Abdul Aziz Al Saud of Saudi Arabia extended heartfelt Eid greetings to the nation, his fellow citizens, as well as to the Muslims all over the world.
