The Court also fixed October 10 for Charge framing hearing. The judge of Khulna Metropolitan Special Tribunal passed the order at 11am.

Earlier in the morning, Mamunul Haque was produced before the court under tight security from Khulna District Jail.He was shown arrest in an explosives case filed by the police in 2013. Mamunul Haque has been shifted to Khulna district jail from Kashimpur on last Friday.
