The FIFA World Cup trophy has arrived in Dhaka on Wednesday, giving Bangladeshi fans the chance to experience football’s most coveted prize.
A seven-member team arrived at the Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport with the trophy on Wednesday morning.
FIFA World Cup trophy will be exhibited in a total of 56 countries of the world. As part of this, it is now in Bangladesh.
During the tour of Bangladesh, the trophy sheduled to take to the President’s residence, the Bangabhaban, and the residence of the Prime Minister, the Ganabhaban.
People will also have opportunities to take photos with the trophy. Earlier, the trophy made its visit to Bangladesh in 2013 before FIFA World Cup 2014 in Brazil.
