At least 10 others werea also injured in the incident.

The accident occurred around 10 am at Karimpur, located in the Kanaipur Union of Sadar Upazila.

According to police, a bus traveling from Dhaka towards Jessore collided with another bus coming from the opposite direction, leading to the casualties.

The injured were taken to Faridpur Medical College Hospital. Meanwhile, several people, including a driver, were injured in a head-on collision between two buses on the Mohanganj road in Netrokona.
