A former Jubo Dal leader, Moshiur Rahman Mamun, has filed allegations in the tribunal against Sheikh Hasina and other officials, accusing them of enforced disappearance and torture.
Moshiur Rahman stated to DBC News that he was abducted in 2015 and subjected to brutal torture for six consecutive months.
He also plans to file complaints against the then Director General of DGFI, Sheikh Mamun Khaled, and other senior law enforcement officials involved in the case.
Earlier, the British media outlet BBC had reported in detail on Mamun’s disappearance and torture.
