Fuel prices have increased again in the country. The prices of octane, petrol, and kerosene have been increased by 5 taka per liter.
However, the price of diesel has remained unchanged.
This information was announced in a press release issued by the Energy Division on Sunday.
The new prices will take effect from midnight tonight.
The price of octane has been set at 145 taka per liter, petrol at 140 taka, and kerosene at 135 taka per liter.
The prices have been adjusted in the local market to match fluctuations in fuel prices in the international market.
The previous fuel price adjustment was made on April 18.
