The minister came up with the comment while speaking at an event at secretariat on Monday.

He emphasized that it is not the government's concern who assisted the hospital or in what manner. 

However, when it comes to ensuring accountability for any wrongdoing, the government will not back down.

The minister also noted that 1 lakh bags of saline solution have been stocked as part of dengue prevention efforts, with an additional 25 thousand bags available at the upazila level. 

Regarding work stoppage of intern doctors, he said, discussions are ongoing to resolve the issue.
