In Feni, water levels in the city have begun to recede slowly. However, fresh flooding has been reported in various areas, particularly in Chagolnaiya upazila.

Many low-lying parts of Fulgazi and Parshuram upazilas remain submerged, leading to acute shortages of safe drinking water.

Residents are also struggling due to power outages and disruptions in mobile networks.

The situation has prompted authorities to close all primary schools in Parshuram and Fulgazi upazilas of Feni, as well as across all upazilas in Noakhali, for today and tomorrow due to the deteriorating weather conditions.

In Satkhira, incessant rain has caused new areas to flood.

Locals have started to evacuate their homes as fish enclosures, farmlands, and roads have been washed away by the rising water.
