Residents are returning to the capital on the fourth day of Eid as the long holiday comes to an end.
As the first working day begins tomorrow, the bus terminals and railway stations have seen a moderate rush of passengers heading to the capital.
However, some people are still leaving Dhaka, creating two-way passenger traffic at major transport hubs.
Since morning, large numbers of travelers have been arriving at the city's main entry points, including Gabtoli, Sayedabad, and Mohakhali bus terminals.
Many passengers said, they chose to return early to avoid last-minute crowds and take advantage of lighter traffic.
