The Artemis II mission has successfully ended. 

The spacecraft returned safely to the Pacific Ocean near California. 

The astronauts were rescued by helicopter after landing. 

President Trump praised the team and said he is very proud of their achievement. 

He also expressed hope for future missions, including sending humans to Mars. 

The Orion spacecraft traveled about 694,000 miles during the mission. 

NASA says this success is a big step toward sending humans back to the Moon by 2028.
