The prosecution team of International Crimes Tribunal has claimed to have found forensic evidence of former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina's audio statement, saying 226 case filed, so to have license to kill 226 people.
The prosecution of ICT said, contempt of court charges will be filed against Sheikh Hasina for obstructing the tribunal's trial and making threats.
The audio clip was sent to the forensic after it was received by the prosecution on January 13.
Earlier, the state told the court that several audio clips of former PM Sheikh Hasina regarding July-August genocide order had come into the hands of the investigation agency.
After hearing, a three-member International Crimes Tribunal led by Justice Golam Mortuza Majumder ordered a forensic test of the audio clips.
