People related to the sector say, although industrial owners receive incentives, tax exemptions, and various forms of government support in the national budget, the benefits do not reach to the workers.
Meanwhile, the researchers say, conditions related to workers’ welfare must be attached to government support for industrial owners to improve their living standard.
