Israel has intensified efforts to evict Palestinian residents from East Jerusalem and replace them with Jewish settlements.
Meanwhile, flags have been hoisted atop 40 buildings located in Al-Aqsa Mosque area.
Acting on orders from Israel’s Supreme Court, eviction deadlines have also been issued to 32 additional Palestinian families, requiring them to leave their homes.
