Leader of the Opposition and Ameer of Bangladesh Jamaat-e-Islami, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman, has called for visible and effective measures to recover money allegedly laundered abroad.
Opposition leader, Dr. Shafiqur Rahman came up with the demand during the discussion session on national budget in the Parliament on Monday morning.
Dr. Shafiqur Rahman also stressed the need for tangible progress in bringing back the laundered funds.
He also urged the authorities to address the issue involving Ad-din Hospital with a humanitarian approach.
