Journalists from 46 press clubs across West Bengal held a protest march in Kolkata against the recent attack on media workers during a demonstration over a question paper leak.
Members of the Kolkata Press Club, the Indo-Bangla Press Club, and other organizations joined the rally.
Journalists from print, television, and online media demanded justice for the victims and better safety while reporting.
The march began outside the Kolkata Press Club and ended at Dorina Crossing in Dharmatala, where protesters asked for ensuring safety of journalists on duty.
