International Crimes Tribunal (ICT)'s investigation agency interrogates former officer-in-charge of Jatrabari Police Station Abul Hasan in a case lodged over the brutal killing of college student Imam Hasan Taim during student-led July-August mass uprising.
Earlier on Thursday, he was produced before a three-member tribunal headed by Justice Golam Mortaza Majumder.
The prosecution sought permission to interrogate him on how the killings took place in July-August, on whose orders these killings were carried out, through which officers these killings were carried out, where the ammunition came from, who gave the orders, etc.
In continuation of that, the tribunal allowed him to be interrogated on December 15.
