He said, July-charter likely in  middle of the current month depending on consensus of political parties.

He also hoped that the political parties would take responsibility and accountability. 

He said these in his opening remarks at a meeting with political parties organized at Foreign Service Academy in the capital this morning. 

In the last meeting, he said, it depends on the political parties to prepare the July Charter by this month.

Although progress has been made in various areas regarding unity on the reform issue, it is still lagging behind the expected progress.
