Eid UL Adha is set to be celebrated on 28th May. 

Ahead of the festival, long-distance buses have continued leaving Dhaka one after another as passengers rushed to reach their hometowns. 

Busy scenes were witnessed at Mahakhali Bus Terminal throughout the morning. 

Although some routes had enough buses in operation, passengers on several routes faced shortages and long waiting times. 

Many travelers complained about not getting tickets after arriving at the terminal and alleged that extra fares were being charged. 

Transport operators, however, denied the allegations.
