Many children are falling sick again after returning home with partial recovery from hospital treatment. 

At the emergency department of Bangladesh Shishu Hospital and Institute in the capital, long lines of patients and family members were seen since this morning. 

Standing in unbearable heat, many struggled to collect tickets, with complaints that the system needs urgent change, especially for critically ill newborns. 

Hospital authorities are also struggling to manage the growing number of measles cases.
