India and ICC are facing significant financial losses after Bangladesh fast bowler Mustafizur Rahman was dropped from IPL.
On January 3, 2026, Indian cricket board instructed Kolkata to remove Mustafizur Rahman from the squad.
Following this, Bangladesh withdrew from the World Cup over security concerns, causing losses of around 330 Crore Rupie.
