The officials and employees of National Board of Revenue (NBR) have returned to work after a two-day shutdown.
NBR Chairman said, the situation has been normalized and such incidents will not happen again in future.
In a press conference he also said, the revised revenue collection target is Tk 3 lakh and 63 crore.
This collection will increase further in the next few weeks.
He urged the officials to forget what happened before and start working anew.
A two-day complete shutdown by NBR officials and employees to press for various demands, including removal of its chairman created a deadlock.
Imports and exports came to a standstill. The shutdown program was withdrawn on Sunday night with the mediation of traders.
